We deliver all across Pakistan. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your city.
Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no hidden charges. Special free-delivery offers are announced on our homepage and social pages.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives at your door. More payment options will be added soon and will always be listed at checkout.
Our pieces are handmade using freshwater pearls and high-quality imitation pearls, and every product page clearly states the material used — so you always know exactly what you are buying.

Returns & Refunds
Yes — every order comes in beautiful, gift-ready packing at no extra cost. You can also add a short gift note at checkout or on WhatsApp, and we will include it in the parcel.
We offer a 7-day easy exchange for unused pieces in their original packing. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Account & Technical
Yes, many of our pieces can be made to order — for example a different length, colour or set combination. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea and we will confirm the design, price and making time before you order.
Keep your pearls away from perfume, hairspray and water. Wipe them gently with a soft cloth after wearing, and store them separately in the pouch or box provided. With this little care, your pearls will shine for years.
