Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where We Deliver

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every order is packed with care in gift-ready packaging and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Remote Areas

For remote areas, delivery may take 1–2 extra working days. If you are unsure about delivery to your address, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you order.

Operating Hours

Our delivery team operates 7 days a week. Place your order before the last order time to ensure same-day delivery.

Delivery Fee Structure

Our delivery fee is based on your order total. Larger orders are rewarded with free delivery!

Express delivery carries an additional charge of Rs. 100 on top of the standard delivery fee.

Choose How You Receive

We offer three flexible delivery options to suit your schedule and urgency.

Before Your Order Arrives

• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
• Keep your phone accessible — our team will call before arrival
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather
• ID verification may be required for high-value orders
• Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address
• Inspect your order at delivery before signing off

Failed Delivery

If we are unable to complete delivery due to customer unavailability:

• Our delivery team will attempt to contact you by phone
• The order will be held at our facility for up to 24 hours
• A re-delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt
• Orders uncollected after 24 hours may be cancelled with a partial refund

Special Circumstances

Valeria Pearls reserves the right to delay or reschedule deliveries in the following situations:

• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
• Public holidays or government-imposed restrictions
• High order volume during peak seasons or promotions
• Unforeseen operational issues

In all such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling or a full refund.
